HIS Royal Highness 920 Captain (U) Prince ‘Abdul Mateen recently completed his initial pilot training for the Royal Brunei Air Force S-70i Black Hawk helicopter.
The training was conducted in October and November at CAE Brunei Multi-Purpose Training Centre (MPTC), including simulator training on the CAE-built S-70i Black Hawk full-mission simulator located at the MPTC, a press release stated.
General Manager of CAE Brunei MPTC, Haji Rozman bin Haji Junaidi presented the certificate and Commander of the Royal Brunei Air Force, Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Hamzah bin Haji Sahat presided.
“CAE Brunei MPTC is very proud and honoured to be part of the S-70i training programme in close collaboration with the Royal Brunei Air Force,” said Haji Rozman.
The S-70i academic and simulator training was delivered by local Bruneian S-70i simulator instructors, Lieutenant Colonel (Rtd) Matyussof bin Matyassin and Major (R) Peter Satu.
